Pretty sure I answered your question before it was asked. Technically according to the timestamps here on the forums I was late although in my time zone I was still well within the deadline. If they want to slap me with a technical disqualification so be it, I can easily take my business elsewhere.

It is clearly informed that the end time is 23:59 UTC, not your time zone.
And no more entries accepted after that.
