Ok thanks for the info about coinbase.  What alternative should I use?  If it says complete thought than it is confirming it has been sent and received correct?

Thanks for the help!
Create a wallet with a strong password and 2fa google authenticator on blockchain.info. Dont reset your cookies though after. Or just use multibit wallet. Send from coinbase to either of those wallets and then when placing time sensitive bets send from multibit or blockchain info wallet.

Stoke City won the match, why is this bet listed as a loss?

Hi Realestone,

I can help you out on this one.  In soccer there are 3 way moneylines.  This means you can wager on either team to win or a draw.  If the game goes to Extra time and you have bet on a teams ML you lose.  Draw would have been the winning bet in this scenario and in Stoke Citys game yesterday.

Does this make sense?

HI BIT365

I admittedly had to take a couple deep breaths before writing this as I'm getting a little bit flustered.

What about the bets I mentioned earlier???

www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/9e475
www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/fa70d

What duration of time do you believe is reasonable and acceptable to pay out wagers? 2 Hours? 12 Hours? 2 Days? a year?
Do you place value in customer service?

Hey coverup755,

Sorry I did not see your post earlier.

fa70d should be sent out. 9e475 I do not see a record of receiving BTC, do you have the transaction ID?

Cheers

What exactly is the transaction ID?

Can you check that wallet.  It was the wallet generated for the wager and I sent the Bitcoin there.

Each time you send or receive bitcoin it is given a unique transaction ID.

Your Lakers payout should now be sent. Coinbase sent the BTC well after you pressed send so it came in quite late on our end. That is why it did not register on the bet slip.

I would recommend using a Blockchain.info wallet in the future.

Cheers

Hi Bit 365,

I will use a Blockchain wallet moving forward.  Thanks for the advice.

Realistically I would love to see your endeavor here grow and flourish and I hope my feedback will help that.  Are you taking any steps to make quicker payouts a reality moving forward and/or down the road?

BIT365, please pay out winning bets for the world series game 6.  The game ended yesterday.  The Boston Redsox won.

People should not have to post here to get their bets paid.  Either pay winning bets in a timely manner or get out of the business of taking bets.

You get this paid yet?  I'm waiting on something too.  I don't know why I use them anymore.  It's just the only bitcoin place I found that offers 1st set betting on tennis.  I feel like I have to stress the wager, and then stress getting paid every time.

Just wanted to chime in but think most payouts should be sent within at least 8 hours max after a game (or better). I've had no previous issues with bit365 and think they are a good book overall, but this is an area they should focus on.
