"Search" for members by default

I know it is a petty little thing, and probably not worth mentioning...

When you click on "Members" from the main menu, it would be nice to go to the search bar rather than showing the first few members alphabetically.  No one wants to see the list - they want to search.  Why make us click an extra time?
