create and redeem P2SH - HOWTO

Hello,

I am looking for a HOWTO for creating and redeeming P2SHs in a "most correct way".
I looked on the github (and ggle) but could not find a match (apart from the very last paragraph of the "Working with contracts" tutorial). Can someone please help please?
