nope. the minimum required ranking to join here is Jr Member. and i think this campaign is full now. we are waiting for OP to give a statement about the members that disqualified in cam.paign

As I understand it, either users completely left the campaign which means there are slots available (up to 100) or there are people who are disqualified but only for the previous week (week 1), meaning they still can qualify for week 2 and 3, the reward will just be less. For instance users who didn't qualify for week 1 (and qualify for week 2 and 3), will have 825XAUR as a reward:

Anyone who joins past 23:59 UTC tonight posts will be counted towards next week and the rate will go down to 825 XUAR.

So, as far as I understand it, qualifications are per week and the rate is function of the number of week you qualify for.

This is correct users may not have qualified for week 1 but can still qualify for week 2 and 3. I will add a few more members for open spots here soon

thats right. most of the signature campaign of alt coins here has same scenario.
they still developing the wallet to minimize the bug that may be occur in the future. just wait for them.
there still 1 week for the devs. And OP didnt announce any projection date for wallet address to be release so nothing to blame
to it.

if the wallet is still not available right after this campaign ended, i think the escrowed bitcoins will be used to pay the participants. not sure about that but what is the use of the escrowed coins if will not be used?

IMHO that would be the correct via.as you said "what is the use of the escrowed coins"
If in fact the wallet is still unavailable at the end of the campaign.
either way a penny is a penny and a dollar is a dollar and a peso is still a peso!
although the idea of receiving BTC instead of the new coins is actually defeating the purpose of the campaign.

Just keep an eye on the RICO thread guys wallets will be comming soon and when they do ill message everyone. The money is escrowed so theres no worries

it is really sad that people signed up for this campaign and a huge part of them have not even participated, they simply took space where others could have actually enjoyed it!
