I suggest victims of opair scam make reports here - https://www.fbi.gov/tipsCrypto scams are 'sexy', so even minor scams like Opair are interesting to law enforcement now, and wasserman committed a number of traceable cyber crimes so he is a big enough target. The thing with law enforcement is they know they can't catch everyone committing a particular crime, but if they catch just a few and send them to jail (e.g. Ross Ulbricht) they can send a deterrent message which gets them brownie points with their superiors and the sheeple. Wasserman made plenty of rookie mistakes, so you can bet he left a trail cops with badges can follow easily. What are some of the mistakes he made? Hopefully someone in the FBI will find it worth while to go after him. |

I also 0.25 in Opair ... ICO - joke ( pesobit only was 30x ) ... I don't believe in ICO... |

Yeah it got paid, SJ made sure the signature campaign was paid out when he released the escrow funds. Now that OP can't release ocaml wallet, there is a few fund still in SJ's hand, right? I guess around 10-20 btc. |

Yeah it got paid, SJ made sure the signature campaign was paid out when he released the escrow funds. Now that OP can't release ocaml wallet, there is a few fund still in SJ's hand, right? I guess around 10-20 btc. No, ICO phase 2 investors got a chance to get out but lot of them didn't and all funds after refunds and signature campaign were released to wasserman99, collecting a total of 165 btc from phase 1 and 2. |
