HELP NEEDED

I'm going to lose my mind soon, I uninstalled both Mist and Parity because the download was stuck (I also removed everything in the AppData), now I Installed Parity back and launched it but It's still stuck... why It didn't start downloading from the first block again ?  I'm stuck at the block 731,731 and It's simply not going anywhere.

well, I don't understand why this is happening with you. there could be many reasons.. it may not connecting with nodes, your internet is slow or maybe it is because the app don't support your operating system.

but the solution I can give you is:
Simply Use https://www.myetherwallet.com/ simply get an ethereum private key and address.. and receive your coins through that address..
to spend your ICN to to the myehtewallet again and select send tokens and follow the steps.

This is only if you invested with fiat over 1000 Euro/Dollar.

i have sent my iconomi mail ID for my signature campaign,i dont understand what else to do, do i have to go to iconomi bounties to claim the signature campaign tokens or is there something else i have to do since i cant find an option in iconomi dashboard regarding that.

If it is then it shouldn't be a problem for them to make a guide. It might be well known but it doesn't mean that everyone have been using it.

I dont know but after ICO got finished now they are asking ids and all personal details, even if we are claiming only bounty is it necessary to issue the ids , as i have still not done anything,

The ICONOMI Team should release an official guide on how to claim the ICN Tokens.

Hopefully, it will include an idiot's guide on how to add the contract address for ICN on myetherwallet.com

I will wait for something official before doing anything.

You are absolutely right.Not everyone is acquainted with myetherwallet etc and setting them up without prior knowledge might spoil everything.A tutorial would be great help
