So...who needs to do what to get this on the ETH blockchain?  Will it get there eventually no matter how low the gas that was allocated for it?

I don't know the exact rules for ethereum mempool, but if it doesn't get picked up by miners within a certain timeframe, it will get dropped from mempool and be back in poloniex's wallet.

I had this happen to me a few times when I broadcast with the standard gas price (currently standard is about 39000000000 wei/gas)

Should contact Poloniex support and also there's a hard fork on monday to fix more network issues.

That's $35 and pretty much all the ETH I own.  I just wanted to get it off of Polo and get ready to use it for gas to transfer ICN around.

It also toke almost 8hrs for 1 ETH to reach my wallet yesterday... and like you the explorer (Etherscan) wouldn't show the txn... I guess it's normal... The network is still under heavy DDOS attack... thus extremely slow....

Thats a lot of gas really. i've only sent 0.2 eth since the time i invested on XAUR to which I've also used myethwallet to store it there. As far as i know we just need 0.001 when sending tokens to another address.

It's called t-ICN. t as test.
