This is the big problem with their delay. It is based on nothing. 'lets sit around and wait until ethereum figures this out'. I don't think any would have invested if they knew how incompetent these devs were.

What the hell are you talking about?
What should they do?
Create their own blockchain including contracts etc?
Build their own hardfork?
We are talking here about few days of delay, not months or years...

No, but you will need ETH to SEND tokens.

So it means he needs to fund his Eth wallet so that he can send token. AFAIK token needs eth balance for gas.

You should use google auth instead, it is more secure than sms, sms can be spoofed.
