The FED (out of Janet Yellen's mouth) also vowed NOT to stifle blockchain.

(If It's going to be listed in an exchange ,If we should change wallets , If they switched to Lisk instead of ETH , anything rly... )

I think it will be tradable in "real-life financial markets".
If this will happen, we could have a very interesting future.
Until this is gonna happen, calm down, keep cool and look for upcoming things.

ETH will hard work on Oct 18 to fix DDoS issues, therefore ICN team decided to do the responsible thing and delay launch by 1 week for network stability & testing purposes.

ICN will launch on Oct 25.

You're not contradicting what I said. While the face of Central banking and their enforcement arm FINCEN may be openly "welcoming" crypto they continue to engage in political collusion, market rigging and to turn a blind eye to metals manipulation. Their support of crypto is partly for show and partly because its the only way out.  Still waiting on that Bitcoin ETF that's been in the works for 2+ years.

Yeah I agree they are really hurthing themselves by postponing this release at this point if they postpone this will hurt them allot.

My two pennyworth would be to stick to the Tuesday launch. My wallet sync's
up to date every time I load it. If the Ethereum fork goes ahead then your tokens
should be safe. I removed my Ethereum address from my Iconomi account and
will move them when things settle down.

If you can not to adapt to situation at time then you are not looking good and flexible.
