How are the devs mocking them? They have a big ICO to run, and they're trying to make the launch as smooth as possible. They should not be worrying about some people trading IOUs that they don't even endorse.

I don't think there would be many icn selling requests by bounty hunters.

First thing is that, this information is only available on Bitcointalk. So only a few bounty hunters may be knowing it. You know, how difficult it is to locate useful posts in around 430 pages of bitcointalk.

Second thing would be that, a typical bounty hunter would only have a few hundred icns.

Third, bounty hunters who have read bitcointalk, must have realised that the token would be much more valuable in future.

I agree. They are dealing with the situation the right way.

People must realise that release before hard fork may have adverse effects on icn.

The only mistake they did in my opinion is, that they declared the release date. If they would have just said ' would be released next month' like many other ICOs, they would not have to bear the criticism from many users.
