Is it normal that I only see how much peers I'm connected to when I launch Ethereum wallet while there is  nothing about blocks/blockchain ? I'm almost sure that the downloading is finished as last time I checked It was like 2,444,000+ but the GUI can't seem to popup or anything ?   does it have anything to do with the new attack  I hear people speaking about ?
also , when we should see the ICN issued ? the test thing happened or not yet ? each time I go to school and comeback , I see shitload of pages added in this topic so kinda confusinge

There was nothing such an offer,never.its how they maintain the crowd by offering account swap which was never done with any account.if there is no start,there is no end.so correct your statement. not a single swap is happend since they offered such a trade between the interested seller/buyer.its all about to diversify some part of people from crowling about delays,exchange etc..iconomi has no email changing option in their website and how funny they discovered such a things after a weeks of offering account swap.All funds held by Jani are now refunded.I am not against iconomi but I can't ignore such a things about iconomi how they act.don't get me wrong,I only said what I observed during this swapping plan.there was no offer in real.

OKAY GUYS HERE'S the DEAL ON ESCROW IF YOU WANT: (From Jani)

It works like this:
- you find buyer or seller finds buyer. I don't do anything here. Matchmaking is not an option.

Then both mail me to this email with ":  (jani@iconomi.net) "email should be between all of us" Do not contact seperate, no time for matchmaker service. (edited by request.)
- seller's email on ico.iconomi.net (mailing needs to be from that email)
- seller needs to tell amount of ICN on his/her account
- buyer sends btc/eth/lsk address
- which email buyer wants to have for this account (we're swapping full accounts only to emails previously not on ico.iconomi.net - technical reasons)

I confirm that account has that amount. And send my address (btc/eth/lsk). Then:
- buyer sends btc/eth/lsk to my address
- within a day I exchange account, send an email to the buyer to confirm
- after buyer confirmation i send whatever I received

Sorry Liqui, but this was just very unprofessional to kind of kidnap our reputation and dump support on me.
I tried to act nice, offer account swapping and escrow in order to stop crybabies flooding this thread, but it turned out to be a bad decision. Only impatient bounty hunters wanted to "sell" their ICNs. However, this is not stopped. Please wait for official launch and sell/buy on exchanges.

Uhm, whatever..not always is every statement a conspiracy for crowd control. It was a genuine offer, but NOBODY followed the VERY SIMPLE directions... and LIQUI was attempting to exploit it; so the offer ended.
