There are teo options for having your ICN tokens.
1: withdraw them to an ethereum wallet.
2: keep them in your ICO account and withdraw them later on.
I will use option 2 since I am looking for a great profit on my ICN, HODLING is the best strategy.

Deploying contract on the network takes 800k gas. But that comes with unassigned distribution. Assigning ICNs to individual addresses (the ones you are able to provide with us on ico website) takes ~100k per address. A lot of gas when you consider we have 1700 adresses to assign right now. We could do it with half of that, but without some checks inside.

Dynamic gas is actually exchange range between gas and ether. But one same operation will always cost same amount of gas (in absolut gas numbers). Because miners effectively bid/set exchange rate between gas and ether it can cost more or less in ether to perform an operation (but costs same amount of gas).

it could be true as well. there are sure people that will try to grab cheap ICN and so the rest will definitely make fud to simple acquire more of these ICN from weak hands. i can see more dolores once this is being officially released as well.

Here said the ticker symbol is tICN but in the other https://medium.com/iconominet/how-to-add-iconomi-t-icn-apptokens-to-ethereum-wallet-f15f637f8db8#.xgatco9du he is using t-ICN.
My question is does it matter if i put tICN as a ticker symbol or must it be t-ICN. And after the ICN token launch do i have to created a new ticker symbol in my ether wallet?
