Just got my tracking number!  BOOM!

Order number 3xx day 2

order status now "shipped"?

It hasn't been updated on the site yet, but I don't really care if UPS confirms they have it.

Hey KNC/Bitcoinorama. It's time for an update.

You are still shipping orders 1-750 (or at least the first 750 units regardless of order number). The original deadline for shipping ALLLLLL units was October 15th.

That means in the next 4 working days you have to produce and ship 3000+ orders (ballpark figure).

That's not going to happen. You said that yourselves, that you can only produce a few hundred per day.

It's about time we had a proper update, with adjusted and REALISTIC shipping schedule, based on the state of play at the production facility.

Your pride seems too wounded to tell us why it's taken 9 days and still only shipping day1 units, rather than the thousands that were promised by now.

This "we'll sort it ourselves, we won't say anything until it's done" attitude is costing everyone time, money and unnecessary stress.

Drop the wounded pride/ego and honestly update us.

There are a lot of brilliant people on this forum who could and will help if you allow them in.

Hi,

We will sort out a new invoice for you shortly.
Yes, your order will be shipped in September.

Thanks

Hi,

We see your company is unable to fill its obligations. We can not accept change of delivery time without price compensation. You know very well how this month is important for the recovery of investment.
We do not trust your company anymore.

- we’ve done business based on September delivery
- your company lied about delivery and that it committed fraud
- your company illegally changed the delivery date without our agreement and without any compensation
- now your company is illegally holding money of our company

We ask for an immediate refund.

We are ready to publish everything and take any legal action with other companies in the same situation.

Thanks

Thanks, loktang.. now if I only had my miners. Undecided

Seriously, KnC, we've trusted and supported you to the hilt over the last few months. It's time to just lay the flat truth on the table.

You've put in a monumental effort thusfar, and no one will ever forget that. But hey, it's October 9th. Please just come clean with us. Everyone will understand, whatever the case may be.

Thanks.

KNC, time to share the problems you are having. People WILL help.

You don't even have to take a hit on your ego, just word your request for help something like this:

---
KNC here. We are having trouble making our flux capacitor twang the DC/DC VRM knick knack.

We know we can fix it ourselves, but in the interests of time, we are sharing the problem to the brilliant bitcoin community.

If in the next 48 hours you can help us get the flux capacitor twanger to level off at 0.8, we are offering 10BTC bounty. Pictures/readouts to follow.
---

Simple as that. Just describe the problem(s) and let us get involved! I'm sure you don't even need to offer a bounty, but it could help speed to a solution.

jesus christ... delivering a few days later than communicated is not lying. an definitly not a fraud. it is not illegal to be a few days late.
when you pre-ordered you knew that you were purchasing a product that did not exist at all, not even a prototype. being a few days late after a production period of 4 months is nothing. any judge will laugh at you.

the only reasonable sentence i see is you asking for a refund. they should do that to keep you from hyperventilating.

disclaimer: i have ordered several jupiters with knc hosting and i am not amused they are still not mining. but accusations of lying and fraud and threatening with legal action is absurd.
