but until the end of 2014 years, diff will be about 676 trilion.
Today diff 1.2 billion for next 6 monthy +75000% , it is diff 900 billion, and for following 6 month in 2014 year, again +75000%, 900 billion + 75000% = diff 675900 billion or 675.9 trilion !!!
This is only for the following 12 months !
impressive I give up! you convinced me! All companies will soon give up, for about 4-5 months, and mining is finished, BTC go to bottom. I give up then. Do you want to buy my Jupiters for a very low price? no give him bitcoin directly. he needs something to eat. Igor from Russia is hungry http://www.vostok.rs/index.php?option=btg_novosti&catnovosti=7&idnovost=51913&NATO-se-plasi-ruskih-raketa-kod-Kalinjingrada#.UrR9_eLW4_Z https://www.google.rs/#q=NATO++Russian+missiles&tbs=qdr:d

igorr, igorr... wait, wait, take a breath and listen read. the harder it gets to mine bitcoin, and fewer bitcoins are mined the better it is for bitcoin. This is how satoshi nakamoto designed it to work. it gets rarer and more valuable, just like gold. yes the gold rush is coming to an end (thank god) and then we just use bitcoin, and the more people that use it the better it is. just get yourself a couple bitcoins, store them and come back to this forum in 20 - 30 years time.. I hope I'm still around, then we'll chat at how rich you are. PS. don't forget to store them on a paper wallet and laminate it. Safest way

My 2 centz... The larger the Hash-cloud grows, the more difficult it will be for a vendor to make the same impact. The effect will be a smaller and smaller rise in difficulty as the cloud grows. As the chip technology reaches its high-point(Maybe a year?) it will be even harder & harder for asic companies to make the same % increase. Endgame scenario... TH/s per watt will be the deciding factor in the end. Mining will also quickly become a commercial affair imho Those with the most efficient machines will be at the top, while older, less efficient machines will operate at a loss, and continue to do so because Junior isn't footing the bill, and Momma & Poppa are clueless... I also think that mining(with the finest machines) will always be profitable, even beyond 2040, depending on your electrical situation. The number of block transactions will be very large by then, and contain enough transaction fees to pay the "winning" miners, with the most efficient machines, just fine.
and then one day, the electric company doubles their rate... done. That's when we find out our government has developed a new, cheap, clean power source, stolen from the patent office, and they bought up all the old miners.... Bam, re-centralized.
+1 Yup. Honestly if cryptocurrency technology grows and takes off like I hope, there are many uses for it. I could picture a future where a lot of houses have subsidized heating based on machines which are in the house hashing, keeping whatever networks, alive and safe. Think about it. The possibilities are amazing.

igorr, igorr... wait, wait, take a breath and listen read.
His staunch disbelief reminds me of the conservative Christian folk who dispel polygny as sin. Have you read your Bible? God even claimed to support it, and took credit for giving David his wives, and was willing to provide more. Nowhere in other Scriptures is it prohibited. They'll sit there, look you square in the eye and say that you're wrong and it's a sin. Regardless of how much proof is plastered on their face.

That describes the last few pages of this thread. You know there is a whole Mining Speculation subforum, right?

Going to be a new slogan competition for the controller boards? What about new Jupiter sales? When, before or after the new year? Give us something KNC, it'll be a great Xmas present for your customers BTW, it's less than 4 days till Xmas.

Not sure, but when I was reflashing things, sometimes I had to do it two or three times to get the "Magic reboot" I'd suggest learning "Tuning Suite" though. The Beta is a voltage workaround, so you should be able to produce the same or better with the suite I'd think; but since I have no miners here atm... I never got the chance to play with the suite...
