If 7700 doesnt hold it looks like a straight shot down to 6400 for a potential bottom to all this shittiness.

Stay strong man, don’t sell anything unless you absolutely have to. You know that you’ll regret it if you sell anything.

@fillippone - People suggested the halving was priced in before the last one (and I presume the first one but I wasn’t around then).

I guess nothing continues the same way forever but we’ll definitely have a post halving BOOM again imo.

My body is ready Grin

Exactly.
For first and very much for second one: 'People are aware of it this time'... then BOOM.

So yeah, will moon after.

It might take a while after the halving but it’s like a domino effect, people start buying more than normal, noobs come in, institutional money flows in & it all translates into one big fat FOMO which sends us parabolic.

This time I will sell some though. I was like a rabbit in headlights last time Cheesy

Well, that's start and i agree with Aliant CEO Eric Brown's statement “Adoption happens when you’re able to earn cryptocurrency, and then go on to spend it.” I would love and want to see this in reality. Let's say next decade or so, where i can spend my tiny stash just like Fiat with ease, instead of converting.

Aliant to Pay Part of Employees’ Compensation Packages in Bitcoin

Quote
United States merchant services provider and payment processing firm Aliant Payments will be paying each of its employees part of their compensation package in cryptocurrency.

In a press release on Oct. 16, Aliant said that the offer reflected a desire that employees become invested customers in the shift to digital currency.

It's just (one) result of sick human minds.
Bad news is, we all have this sickness, buddhists call this part of our mind "the ego", which makes us vulnerable to hysteria.
If we continue like that, crippling common sense, we will end up pretty bad as society.

All I need is a few million bucks so I get to choose my own society of healthy people.

Poor fucks will have to interact with those sick people every day, like I have been doing for nearly 10 years... Cry

We need d_eddie to slap you upside the head Gyrsur so you will start to follow his system.  Getting liquidated with relatively small price movements likely indicates that you are gambling too much with your BTC trading tactics (even if they are play ones).

to be honest I had no risk management. just poor gambling as you said. like the average Joe on BitMEX which might be around 80% of all traders.

EDIT: Master Eddie's system is very sophisticated. to me it seems like a combination of rules, experience and gut instinct. not easy to learn neither easy to adopt into some code.

New Plan: Dumping 50 BTC next time we cross $10k USD. Rick approved. He's nervous as well.

Fuck this action.

this is exactly what whales try to force the dump money to do even now at the 8k mark.

don't be the victim be the actor. refuse to be the victim always because it's not good for mentality health to get in this secondary position.

EDIT: sorry, mixed up decline and refuse  (not my mothertongue) Roll Eyes

Precious metals have a reserve of value, but in this case silver has more Industrial use that the gold.

With the worldwide adoption of Bitcoin, I believe that things will change and will see Bitcoin much more valuable, since it would move large volumes of money in a very short time, this would expedite the purchase of raw materials, loans and capitalization of Industries.

In Thailand the roles seem still intact. Men make money and bring food home, women take care of children and cook. When I will be rich one day I think Thailand could be a nice place to live.
