TBH, "breaking" $10k ain't going to be easy. It's a very strong number:

-Back in February/March 2018, it acted as a support.
-From March 2018 to May 2018, it acted as a strong resistance, and BTC was ultimately rejected at near to $10k.
-Psychological resistance (the round number).

My guess is that we're going to stay below $10k for a while (for a couple of months) and then break it. Till then, we'll keep on touching it again and again and face rejections.

How much do you charge for this amazing forecast?

Well I admit.

When Bitcoin tanked down to 5000, 4000 and 3000 I sold about 20% of my Coins :-/

This was obviously a mistake ;-)

At least I still have ~80% Cheesy

Your 80% supposed to give you 320% of profits with the current rate if you bought at the very low bottom, its still huge profits in very short time. Smiley

I think the strong resistance is at 11400, here we could lower 20 or 30%, now the first step is 10K.

If we passed 11700 we would be on the launch ramp. Wink

Yesterday I made this comment (and a few days ago too)

It is risky to trade now.

For my part, HODL, I'm going to take a good breakfast to the health of Bitcoin. Wink

From experience it’s being over invested. Never a good move really but if you’re selling at 6000 from 20000 but you got in at single digits it’s not the end of the world.

If it ever hits $6k I swear I'll buy a lot.

Can't give the exact numbers but I can say it won't be potato chips. 2 or 3 full coins all at once. That's why it not happening.  Cool

Why do people sell when it's down??

I just totally don't get that.

Not all people are making DCA's or using any other sensible investment strategies.

Some people go all in, make %100 profits, get out. They don't have the patience for x10 gains. All they want is double kill.

Me> investing $100-200/week

Other guy> Buys the dip, invests his lambo, bitcoin jumps, he gets 2 lambo.

A brief history of Bitcoin in 2017:

$8,000 - $10,000: 11 days
$10,000 - $12,000: 7 days
$12,000 - $14,000: 1 day
$14,000 - $16,000: 1 day
$16,000 - $18,000: 8 days

https://twitter.com/rhythmtrader/status/1141388608894640128

$10k-$20k took only 17days

By comparison, in 2019

$8000 - $10000: 38 days (I like the fact that we are going fast, but so far slower than in 2017)
$10000 -$12000: ?

I rather want to see $11,000 today and $12,000 for tomorrow
$10,000 - $12,000: 1-2 days Tongue
