Self-Custody is a right. Say no to "non-custodial"

It really looks like alts are about to fall against BTC in the next couple of days, due to the short-term head-and-shoulders pattern being formed on the majority of ALTS/BTC. This may be a signal of bitcoin's significant move in the next few days. My guess is, it'd be (very) up.

That would be nice.

I will believe it when I see it.

Solution: switch to linux

Yepp - all the other OSses will fuck us

I still think how an OS directly launched from Blockchain could do ...

...but discombobulated nonsense.

Yeah, I've only watched the 2 and part of a third and I agree on his Bakkt results but he does seem to grab onto too much nonsense.

Just the same, the guys fucking entertaining.

Referring to Chico..... To each his own.  The guy wears too much on me, personally.

Once in a while entertainment through him might be fine (emphasis on "might").

I'd rather beat him up, that feeling is quite nice too.

In the office? At the meeting?
Nice to dream about that, but in RL this never was an option.
I had bad luck with violence from the start, so i avoided it. In school, two guys were mobbing me, so i hit one guy with the back of my hand full-on and his nose started to bleed like mad. Then the teacher made sure i was kicked out of school. Lesson learned (but i never mobbed anyone, later on).

Don't take it too seriously, when I say "I'll cut you" or I"ll beat you" its a symbolic threat made to show my resentment of the person it's aimed at. I'm not actually going to look up JJG in the phone book and come to his house.

What is this 'switch'?

Not a solution. Great for some things. Others ... not so much.

For that price, customers do not get the display – which starts at $4,999 – or the $999 stand that holds up that screen.

OTOH, take a look at a similarly-configured Dell's price.

I don't have to spend so much money, I set up my last computer with a Supermicro board with a dual processor:
Intel Xeon E5-2680v2 (x2)
RAM64GB
Asus Strix GTX 1070 8G
3 screens and many TB on different disks, it is the machine that I currently use as a server and also, music, photography, video, work tasks.

It's not the same,

*Cough* No shit. Take another look at the config above.

but it costs much less.

Damn well better. Time honored principle - pay less money, get less. Pay way less money, get way less.

Again, take a look at a similarly-configured Dell's price. Or any other tier one maker, for that matter.

Or hell, build it out yourself, and tell me how much you're gonna save.

I know absolutely nothing about computers, but if your problem is that your old machine isn't compatible with a new computer, why don't you just buy an old computer on Ebay?

Micro$oft end of support for Win7 eminent.

Handy to have internet in the shop for looking up specs, constants, formulas and whatnot.  No room or patience for 2 machines out there.

I have piles of old machines, win7 is soon not internetable

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand, the parallel port driver sends Win10 into a boot loop...fml

But why do you need support if you are just going to run a CNC machine? Or am I missing something?

Being such a debbie downer I have to speak up when I see something bullish, I think this is that.   We should rise from here short term outlook.  1hr bars, buy over 7230 roughly as a trade is very reasonable imo and no doubt I will be distracted myself later but I reckon its looking not a bad prospect.

There is a strong resistance at 6.4k, but a one closer around 7k, look like this one holds and I am not sure anymore we head to 6.5k... the move is really slow right now and 7.1k is probably a decent price to buy.
Decided to buy 0.31 BTC today with a target around 8k for mid January max. There is another rally expected because the charts and the RSI look really similar to Mach-April 2018!

Best of luck!

I almost lost this in the constant stream of data on Twitter but just found it again, silver measured in SDR which is very rare to see on the radar though SDR is decades old.   It'd be interesting if as some predict SDR is the next world currency, coming out of the shadows.  As elusive as BTC origins (obviously BTC is known if not yet used mainstream) and its evil FIAT twin, public but really not considered by anyone at all while very much a prospect so a dark horse.
Crypto is not likely on the other hand, thats just the view within the bubble when looking at forum threads here or within other crypto forums.   Just being realistic, ditto a standard based on silver or gold is unlikely also regardless of who wants that its not what politics wants.  Ultimately it will be the people who determine but not within the next decade(s) afaik.

$7k holding is absolutely critical. If it breaks, prepare for maximum rectal and testicular discomfort.

Today's short-term outlook, 12hr TD is on a Red 9 buy signal however the 3 Day is on a short trade (Red 2 breaking below the Red 1), despite the 200 MA support around $7K.

This shows a battle between the shorter and longer term trends in play, while the Daily and Weekly charts have returned to being fully bearish after the dead cat bounce to $7,800.

Price is continuing to test the 0.382 fib retracement (yellow line) from the $3.1 to $14k move after getting rejected by the median price of the bear channel (orange line).

A bit slow here right now, so here's a weekend race on a frozen lake called "Speed Weekend on Ice" in northern Sweden.
Basically, people show up with a vehicle of their choice and race.
Here's a jet powered kick sled.

A jet powered snowmobile, and much more

Edit: the name of the event.
