BTC could easily reach 500bn (coin)marketcap until EOY.
I see XRP getting dragged up quite nicely, too.

Stop looking for alternatives. Bitstamp has been the reference for ages.

as one who was late to the WO party, and at the risk of being seen as even stupider than i actually am, why it it bitstamp for the official WO price?

be gentle on me im having a bad day with everyone explaining all my mistakes with exchanges *sniff*

actually i do like being proven wrong, who wants to go through life with erroneous information? keep those corrections to my mindset coming. although my paying attention is pretty hit and miss.

Bitstamp because:
1) so we all be on the same page regarding referent
2) they have the least history of using margin trading
3) they do not have any major accusations of shenanigans
4) tradition
5) no better referent has come along

Bitserve largely said that same thing

By the way... must note that the BTC price is getting close to getting all the way through no man zone (which I had thought that the top of the range of such zone was about $23,500-ish.. so we be getting so damned close, and even seeming ahead of schedule.. observing $22,85692 (edited about 10 minutes after original post) - and no real stopping - as I type this post)

The rise is quite steady, does somebody else also see it?
Maybe it's a macro, stepped buy order, to let the bots/traders adjust and not create a single megacandle after which daytraders short the hell out of it.

EDIT: I wouldn't be too unsatisfied if that rise would continue until jan. 2021

Yes. Steady, very close to linear. Which is, IMO, much better than exponential. Huge spikes are too often followed by huge crashes.

We are finally getting  close to numbers that are very good for a miner.

If we move to 28-30k in a week look for correction.

I would not mind sideways from 20200-22222 for 10 or more days.

Bitcoin does not give any shits about miners.

If miners do not like the price, then they should not mine... bitcoin is not going to accommodate.

Tough love.. for you Phillip.   Wink

BTC +180%
Gold +21.6%
SP500 +13.1%

Drop gold, buy Bitcoin!

I remember being told, repeatedly that they were all correlated.. especially mid-2020.

How that correlation claim working out for you failing/refusing to zoom out twats?

Well, what an absolutely fantastic 24 hours. I don't usually read WO where I left off from, I always limit myself to last 2 pages only. But this time I read over 20 of them. And, while I didn't really have the time to do that, it was worth it. Congratulations everyone, our trip to 300k has truly left the station.

When we are the new financial elite lets not fuck up the world like the previous lot though. Our aim should be to help reduce poverty and wealth division, not create it like the current fuckers.
