As long as there are humans, there can't be peace. That's just the way it is, at humanity's current level of evolution.
and if you are weak then get ready to face the wrath of the might. Here is English translation of Urdu poetry (by Dr Muhammad Iqbal) that tells what punishment you will get if you are weak: It is the eternal decree of the Judge sitting in Judgement on destinies That weakness is a crime punishable by death. The WSJ is asking me to subscribe to read the article but I listened to 2 minute of the article audio and find it interesting, if anyone can paste the text of the article here for us to read. Only first paragraph is visible and now I am wise enough to know what Saylor and MSTR actually do: Michael Saylor’s company doesn’t market any hot products or services. What he and MicroStrategy MSTR do is sell new shares and debt, at a pace rarely seen in corporate history. Saylor plows all that money into bitcoin, vowing to keep doing it, over and over.

What a piece of shit is that pumped scam coin of trump, i hate it with all my heart, i hate this dmubshit degen coins and all the people involved in such a fraud, making only money in the air.
For worst when that shit explodes is gonna revival all the idiots who dont know nothing start again to compare that piece of shit with any other crypto including the BTC.
Relax. In hindsight, did memecoin busts and scams hinder Bitcoin's marketcap rise? NOEven if Trump makes a shitload of slowly (or sometimes less slowly) devaluing fiat money, together with some other whales, i don't think it will hurt Bitcoin either. The financial industry starts to grasp what Bitcoin really is, it doesn't matter much to its success when some individuals get hurt through busted scamcoin "investments", Bitcoin will continue on its path. We're human, we're doing hard to learn. If you're not invested in shitcoins, why care about Trumpcoin? It doesn't matter to you then. Just let it go, it's a "just-another-Dogecoin-event", close to meaningless, maybe not so much for the MSM, or invested people. Rather ask yourself: Would you like to sit on fiat or on Bitcoin? I think differently...this is the "beginning of the end", not the "end of the beginning" for "crypto". Whether bitcoin survives and thrives amid this ongoing calamity-I see maybe 50:50 chance at best. I am talking about long term here, not immediately. In fact, I think that we would have a major civilizational change coming, and quickly. This would depend on how the current situation develops and whether things would cool off a bit or not. I can imagine many scenarios unfolding and it is difficult to predict the path fully. BTW, there would be NO bitcoin reserve...this much is clear. Instead, maybe there would be some vague "crypto" construct, replacing the BSR concept.

Lets hope peace prevails. Already around 50k people died in Gaza, no more deaths please. Mr Trump is known as president that is anti-war, hopes are high that he will end long going conflicts in the world like Ukarine-Russia and Israel-Palestine.
As long as there are humans, there can't be peace. That's just the way it is, at humanity's current level of evolution. When my father fought in Vietnam, he wore a helmet with a quote on it that read, “Fighting for peace is like fucking for virginity.”

We shall see... As we wait, here is something that affects the best paid large strata of our society (programmers): https://www.axios.com/2025/01/19/ai-superagent-openai-metaApparently, on Jan 30 OpenAI has some demo for the government. The implications are mind boggling, if the article is accurate. Why it matters: The expected advancements help explain why Meta's Mark Zuckerberg and others have talked publicly about AI replacing mid-level software engineers and other human jobs this year.
The big picture: Imagine a world where complex tasks aren't delegated to humans. Instead, they're executed with the precision, speed, and creativity you'd expect from a Ph.D.-level professional.
1. We're talking about super-agents — AI tools designed to tackle messy, multilayered, real-world problems that human minds struggle to organize and conquer. 2. They don't just respond to a single command; they pursue a goal. Super agents synthesize massive amounts of information, analyze options and deliver products. EDIT: second article on the same topic: https://www.semafor.com/article/01/15/2025/replit-ceo-on-ai-breakthroughs-we-dont-care-about-professional-coders-anymore

Institutional bootlicking? You mean reporting on the markets? Are there people here who believe I’m not one of the most bullish people on this forum for nearly 15 years now? Have I not donated to enough Bitcoin causes or dedicated enough of my life to working on Bitcoin projects? Have I not called Michael Saylor a late to the party opportunist loudly enough? Do I not hold enough of my net worth in Bitcoin? Sometimes I wonder how people who get their opinions so wrong could end up in the right place.

That’s fair. I’d give you my opinion of you but I don’t know who you are or anything you’ve done for Bitcoin. All I know about you is that you’re wrong about me. …and the ignore list grows. LOL

IMHO, we would pop up $5-10K if there is an entity called "bitcoin reserve" or "bitcoin stockpile" announced tomorrow. If nothing announced, we would drop $10K. If either "crypto reserve" or "crypto stockpile" are announced, we would drop 5K.

MicroStrategy's Saylor hints at Bitcoin buy for 11th consecutive week MicroStrategy's Bitcoin holdings are currently valued at approximately $47.3 billion, and the company is up nearly 69% on its investment. https://cointelegraph.com/news/micro-strategy-saylor-hints-bitcoin-buy-11-consecutive-weekMichael Saylor has reached the peak of his Bitcoin investment, so far he has indicated that he will buy more Bitcoin. And will buy more Bitcoin in the future, because to achieve maximum success, only Bitcoin has to be reached, Michael Saylor knows this very well. So he has given the most importance to Bitcoin, but we can call this investment of his as a DCA method.
