What a Bullrun
Job not finished yet. Everyone should learn to continue in such a way but there is no alternative to patience. That's why time is more important then wealth I turned 68 yesterday. For me to stack 5 years in a row and not spend any btc and then expect to spend 50 years with wealth is not happening. of course if you are 40 and stack until you are 46 it could happen for you. Yeah you may get 30 or 35 years of time after the stacking. But to be 46 and wealthy is not so bad. Happy birthday with an optimistic message - a person is as young as they feel young. You always seemed like someone around 40 to me. Yeah mentally I don't feel 68, but the reality is if I am lucky to break the record for men in my family my Uncle Peter got to 93. He had a good mind right to the end and lung issues the last 6-9 months took him out. That would mean I should hodl till I am 73 or 74 then hope to beat his record and have 20 years to enjoy my big wealth. Or spend as I want and hodl some. So I can have a new car every 3 years have a nice home eat at a restaurant when I want. New clothes when I want and not try for great wealth just current comfort. BTW no other male relative made it to 90 in fact no other made it to 85. Common death age for males in my family is 75-84 So hodling 6 years or even 5 years is not that attractive.

I went for a haircut today, and the guy before me was an old man, who was a Air Force fighter pilot. We started chatting about different things, military, life, etc. He was very polite, soft-spoken, but also very astute, with a clarity in his speech, and no sign of dementia or other impairment, I was impressed. I kindly asked his age, and he said "son, I'm 95 years old." Man, this gave me hope that it is possible to have a full life well into our 90s. Happy birthday Phil! 68 years is still young! You have at least 3 decades ahead of you, so make sure you take good care of yourself and make good use of those coins!

Happy belated birthday philipma1957! Did you have a big party or a little celebration? Just me and the missus. Went to a restaurant purchased a cake. It was relaxing.

I am very proud of my state. It appears likely that Arizona will be the first state with a strategic Bitcoin reserve. That’s pretty cool. With nearly a dozen states set to follow, it would be hard to not be incredibly bullish right now. I’m sure many people are feeling the urge to sell at $100K, but stay strong. The tidal wave is coming.

I sold enough to cover a year. I am stacking the mining coins about $100 day.

Nice story from the barber's shop. I thought you would have asked how he lived his life to be surprisingly young at 95. I guess good nutrition, exercise, rest and good sleep would have been part of it and having some Bitcoin during the bull help the heart and finance. Happy birthday Phil! 68 years is still young! You have at least 3 decades ahead of you, so make sure you take good care of yourself and make good use of those coins!
Happy birthday too.

Congrats! 68 is not bad, nor it's the beginning of the end I bet i will read thousands of future posts from you here until it's time to say goodbye I went for a haircut today, and the guy before me was an old man, who was a Air Force fighter pilot. A few thoughts: Alzheimer's is linked to low Dopamine. Maybe a combination of staying humble (good for holding Dopamine levels) and leaving the psychophysiological "comfort zone" regularly (builds long lasting Dopamine) were playing key roles for the good shape of the old man.

I agree. When i came together with my actual wife, we were active daily. Now, almost two decades later, we are active a few times per month, but the quality is higher now. Two things we couln't imagine back in our first months Besides that, we are our "best friend" too, and we share quite a lot of time together.

I think you're doing just fine. At least your mining gives you a chance to keep on stacking. Any time is a good time to start stacking. I bought my first bitcoins shortly before my 65th birthday and rode out my first crash (from $266 down to about $50) a few weeks later. I didn't panic sell, I continued to stack. Within a few years I was using some of them to buy several millions of dollars. It's never too late. True words. Don't get conned by ageist propaganda into thinking that you're too old.

In my country there's a saying that how long a man's live is decided by his relationship with his Wife.

I am guessing NJ will be a big fu when it come to that. Nice that Arizona is now a progressive state (when it comes to BTC BSR)
