Can we go below 40k?
With the Dumpster Dumbster anything is possible. _____ To the rest of the world: boycott all USA products. Thank gawd Cointreau is French-made and tequila and limes come from Mexico. I totally get the sentiment... and I am mixed on the whole tariff strategy. Mixed because I have no idea what it will do, and honestly it seems to me all the experts are convinced whichever way they lean politically. That said... the world can boycott American goods for sure... but as it stands today the US holds nearly all the cards. Canadian exports to the US are about a 1/3rd of the CA GDP. While the other way around it's something like 1.5%

I think the musky trumpeter will retaliate against Mexico and Canada Today.
maybe he raises tariffs to 30% instead of 25%
The musky trumpeter has only just begun.
It means that another trade war has started, initiated by a man who believes that everyone is taking advantage of the US, and the US is clearly not taking advantage of anyone. However, Mexico and Canada have already retaliated with the same countermeasures, and now the focus is on possible increases in tariffs towards the EU, where serious talks have been going on for weeks between the most powerful countries, including the UK, which for some reason (at least that's how it seems) has decided to side with the EU. Some speculations suggest that countermeasures against the US have already been agreed upon in the event of any increase in tariffs, and an increase of up to 50% on some products is mentioned. I don't know how such moves can be good for anyone, especially if we add territorial claims to the Panama Canal and Greenland. The Panama Canal is an easily achievable mission considering that Panama is a country without a professional army, which is again the result of US policy after the 1990 US overthrew Noriega. As for Greenland, I don't see Denmark giving up even a millimeter in its position that it is its territory, and it has the support of almost all the members of the European Union. In some crazy development of the situation, Europe could find itself at war with the US and Russia at the same time, and as much as it seems impossible, considering the violent attitude that Donald often shows, and that the new minister looks like a kid who would love to play some military game, all options are open.

Ugh... not holding my breath... with all the other massive shitcoinery signals I hope they can get this at least SOMEWHAT right. I expect "diversity" which we all know is a mistake... and if that is the announcement then I will be mildly pleased. It's the full on fumble I am scared of lol.

Also... I am sorry to any of you who are likers of ETH ( i know there are a handful ) But I have to say I am loving watching that pile of shit implode. Whether Sacks makes it go back up on Tuesday or not lol. Man if I were braver I would be putting some little bets, instead of just the one big one. On second thought I am quite comfortable in my cowardice.

Panama appears to be approaching a peaceful resolution. We'll have to see on that. The problem with Greenland is that it is currently undefended and in a strategically important position and Denmark is unable and apparently unwilling to provide a reasonable defense. The people of Greenland are likely to have to pick their poison and hopefully that can be brought to a peaceful resolution. Speaking of military bases, the problem Europe has is that it has US military bases run through it and a large part of their defense is provided by the US as illustrated when Trump made them squeal when insisting they start meeting their NATO commitments. I'm not saying that the EU being beholden to the US is a good thing but that's the way it it. It makes EU saber rattling somewhat empty. (Just remember how they caved to Bush's lies about WMD in Iraq).

Obviously for the trade war with Mexico they already agreed to a one month ceasefire. Canada will certainly follow tomorrow.

I'm not saying that it's a good thing that the EU being beholden to the US is a good thing but that's the way it it. It makes EU saber rattling somewhat empty. (Just remember how they caved to Bush's lies about WMD in Iraq). This is true. I would take it a step further to say, really all the people in power on both sides of the ocean are executing a long refined playbook of printing money and feeding it into a giant military industry mostly in the US. But the people higher up on all sides are lining their pockets. And there are concurrent versions of this scam running in all different sectors as well. Energy, Aid, things like the IMF etc. And it is MY country (the US) who is more to blame for this nightmare loop, and i for one want to see it stopped. So as jarring as Trump is to me (and I know many others), I am glad when I see his administration come in and go "click" no more foreign aid for a time. And of course in this area as well as Nato, and the ME etc the screeching will start. But what about the starving people?!??!? But of course as much as that is a real problem on our earth that is just a red herring. The "solutions" like the IMF and WHO etc are just scams that enslave "emerging countries" and keep them in debt to the bankers. Look at the IMF manipulating El Salvador. They are not trying to HELP but to control. And you are dead right on Panama. And frankly so is Trump. The is an AMERICAN (I am using that word in the broadest term) shipping channel. And we want it to be under the control of AMERICAN people (again meaning the US, Central America etc). What Trump does is set the stakes so high that when the "deal" is made everyone feels like they have won. It's actually amazing he can just keep doing that over and over without people figuring it out. Then again... he also is wielding the biggest stick. This is also what he is doing with the tariffs. But will it work? And even so how rough with the road to it working be? Ces't la univers...

Do we start foraging for acorns again? I stacked some more sats at 93.5K ~7% off fire-sale on 100k Bitcorns. yay Thanks to Trump for the Tariffs FUD. I laddered all the way down to 91234 but I likely averaged the same 93.5 first buy today was 96,555 all the way down. just missed the low of 91220 as my lowest buy was 91234 still selling gear on ebay to make sure I have plenty of powder to convert to corn What did I say? Easy peasy 7%eezy. I feel we might revisit 93.5K so I put in another buy @94K I feel bad about taking advantage of the shaky hands but this will be an expensive lesson and a forever hodl reminder for them. Some people would pay top dollar for that kind of revelation.

One thing I am sure of, regarding a strategic 'crypto' reserve, it will be bitcoin only if they do. The US will not buy privately printed currencies.

So far market opens and BTC goes up when all the rest goes down.
Lets see how this message aging.
The video you will see in the link will give you a real picture of the last two days of the crypto market. The slight fall of Bitcoin has made the foundation of shitcoins like a house of cards that blows away with a slight breeze. The price of Bitcoin has started to recover and now as a small investor I was not worried. I think most people know that Bitcoin will recover soon. https://x.com/naiivememe/status/1886265982077014328There's only one Bitcoin. Crapto is like Russian Roulette or the Squid Game, but most people don't care about fundamentals and sometimes you could assume they desperately want to get rekt. I didn't even mention leverage, yet... I burnt my fingers once with Crapto, while still lightly, but that was enough of a lesson to never touch that shit again.
