Your plan has to offer it first.

There could be some 401k plans that get excited about being able to have BTC (or crypto?) exposure as an option, but sometimes it will still take those 401k service providers to roll something like BTC into their offerings.

og there are centuries of abandoned property laws prior to BTC.

It is very simple to show those coins are owned and not abandoned.

Move them.

Now if they are never moved and no one cracks the wallets.

They will sit there.

Forever so to speak.
