yep.. My own reasons for having some fatty issues is not the meat and the fat, but some of those sweet pleasures that sometimes will go with it or around it.
Even though I do daily pushups.. It is not enough activity.. to make up for the various lapses in the diet..
As I PAUSE TO write this I am thinking about what the wife and I will do for out actual anniversary which is this Saturday.
My thoughts involve around extended exercise together with ( use your imaginations)

Came just to say this, the new self-custodial wallet of Satoshi is available in the Google Play Store now as a beta. I've been just goofing around with it so far it is smooth and basically like the other wallet was... very low friction. I don't know how they're doing this.
