Many of us do not appreciate stupid-ass superficial posts, so if you were posting every 3 pages, that would likely devolve into stupid-ass superficial posts, yet if you end up reading through the thread (at a pace that is hopefully more than 3 pages per day), then from time to time you might come across interesting ideas, observations and/or have some questions that might be worthy of a post... maybe once a week or some reasonable basis..
Personally, If I were to do it, I would probably post whenever I felt like I come across something interesting, and surely your posts would likely be more interesting than blindly citing some twitter post (as several members tend to do in various threads across the forum).
Part of the key to making something interesting for others is to find interest in it yourself rather than merely going through the motions.
There have been a few times over the years that members asserted that they were going to read the whole thread, and they were mere words....
There are self-proclaimed bitcoin historians, like Pete Rizzo, and he has made a bit of a name for himself by choosing to peruse old communications and to make comments and assessments about some of those old communications.
Will there be anyone on earth that can read this whole thread..starting from the first page….lol, it is almost 34926 pages with each page containing not less than 20 post…calculating this that is almost …698,520 posts, if he could read 100 posts per day it will take him 6985 days or 19 years to complete and by then the thread might have reach 200,000 pages or even more
Well thinking about that, will there be someone who will embrace this journey and start reading from the first page of this thread and then we see the years it take him to read the thread completely or maybe to read just the first 1000 pages of this thread, it will be very interesting to see someone doing that…lol… or what do you think..?

pretend your are 40 and have 40 coins cashing. 10 coins is easy. you have 1.17 million and after usa tax about 700,000 which will last for a while.
and you can hodl the other 30 coins a long time.
Why is it that the first thing that you think about is cashing out a portion of your coin?
Same thing was true in late 2022 / early 2023 when you posted that having 100 BTC was not enough coins.
Right now
15.184 BTC is enough for an income of $80k per year in perpetuity (even accounting for a 7% per year increase in the cash amount each year).
So, if you were to have
40 BTC, then your perpetual income would be $210.7k per year with the same increase of 7% per year.
There is no need to cash out 10 BTC right away, since you would be wasting the fuck out of the bitcoin by putting a million in cash (25% of your holdings - what a waste).
Sure maybe you could cash out the first year or two of your income in advance, but you would not need to cash out that much, since you would already have a pretty solid basis (within my ways of calculating out value) to already start cashing out monthly or maybe quarterly, and yeah maybe the first 6 months or year you choose to cash out less, but you would not need to since the BTC spot price is already currently 122% above the 200-WMA.. so you would already be starting out in a good position.
Now if you were starting out and the BTC price were less than 25% above the 200-WMA, then you may well feel better to reduce the withdrawal amounts until the BTC price returns to at least 25% higher than the 200-WMA, and my various formulas in the thread (tool) give suggestions to attempt to account for those times that the BTC price is less than 25% above the 200-WMA (and we are not there now)...
In sum, there is no need to be cashing out 25% of your BTC right off the bat, of course, if you have absolutely no cash and you only have the bitcoin, then you surely have to get started, and maybe you would feel comfort to cash out a bit less than your authorized amount for a few months until you get comfortable that the value of your holdings is going up faster than the amount that you are cashing out is depleting it..

having 40 coins that you held at 19k high and 69k and 100k is something I certainly could not do.
That has been your problem.. of ongoingly cashing out way too much too soon... and failing/refusing to either have a good formula and/or to have faith in the corn and/or your formula for dealing with it.

Hypotheticals should attempt to be realistic, even if we might not be talking about our own exact circumstances.
And it seems to me that phil has given enough away about his exact circumstances that he could use some number under 10 BTC, yet it does not matter, almost no matter the number of BTC, Phil's first proposal is going to be to sell some unrealistic amount so that he can get in better touch with cash, and many of us know that it is not a good practice to keep so much value in cash (which PHil is ongoingly inclined to do).
We could be talking about 4 BTC, and Phil would want to sell one of them right away and end up with 3 BTC.
We could be talking about 0.4 BTC, and Phil would want to sell 0.1 BTC right away and end up with 0.3 BTC.
He cannot help himself and his love (and feeling of security) with the currency of his Uncle

Well, I can elaborate on my interpretation but that doesn't mean it's the right one.
I assumed that #meet_me_at_the_
RPT was a riff on the song APT(아파트) by Rosé and Bruno Mars and RPT was the abbreviation for "Rusty Pipe Treatment"
APT in Korean 아파트 is pronounce a-pa-teu (it just means apartment but it's like the English abbreviation for apartment also)
So, I modified that to be 라파트 (ra-pa-teu) for the abbreviation RPT and modified some of the lyrics slightly from "red hearts" to "red pipes"
To be honest, that "R" sound isn't exactly like the English "R", it's more a subtle "R" which would likely be confused for an English "L"

Wow.. that is a bit of a catchy tune (and you are right.. fun, too), and I feel that I have been educated to some degree.. . .even though the idea of the song is quite superficial and seeming thematic to the kinds of possible interactions that we discuss in this thread (whether APT is meant to be lovey dovey or not.. it seems to be lovey dovey in the song.. which is a bit different than (maybe a bit opposite from?) the way we tend to describe it in the thread).

…I’m very certain if someone reads the whole of that, he will have to go and see an Ophthalmologist because he will spend a lot of time on screen reading daily and continuously for three years……..and for someone to achieve the milestone of reading through this thread entirely from the start, it shows that he must be a very resilient and consistent person..lol
You may utilise ChatGPT to get summery of every page. You may finish very soon with this approach
Using ChatGPT or some other bot seems like cheating, yet using such tool might be better than nothing.
It would be like reading the Cliff notes version rather than the actual book, which actually might make more sense than the actual thread.
Maybe have ChatGBT summarize every 100 pages and then just go back and look at the source in the areas that are of interest to see that actual post(s).
