You should expect these things to happen if you deal with giftcards. There is no way for you to verify they have not been created with stolen cards and you might ultimately end up speaking to a lot of law enforcement agencies regarding fraud. I have given this person a negative trust, until they provide a satisfactory response here.

No one buy $40 AGC with stolen cards. People do hundreds, that's where you need to start questioning.
