The manual is great, however I've asked twice now and no response on getting instructions on flashing the 200mhz firmware on this thing. I have my JTAG cable in hand but don't know where to start.

My appologies, I must have missed that.

I've prepared a file for this: www.cardreaderfactory.com/download/lancelot/lancelot_firmware.rar

All the instructions and required files are in there.

Thank you, and at this time you are recommending the 200mhz and not the v42 correct?

Not really. If you don't mind the errors you can use v42 firmware.

In our latest tests v42, after 12 hours, the total number of accepted packages was higher than a board running 200mhz bitstream therefore yielding better results than 200mhz.

Just placed an order for 20 units under the group manufacturing.  So if I'm reading the OP correctly.. I do not need to pay yet until Blackarrow informs us and/or me that they have the stock available and is ready to ship.  Until then.. I am basically in queue waiting to pay?

Also.. why no Escrow? Sad

this is why I want to use .conf file, but with no success :/  (https://asktom.cf/index.php?topic=28402.msg2232234#msg2232234)

Try to put your login credentials in your.conf file and run it by: cgminer -c your.config -S /dev/ttyUSB0 -S /dev/ttyUSB1 .... -S /ttyUSB19

your.config:
Code:
"pools" : [
        {
                "url" : "http://stratum.bitcoin.cz:3333",
                "user" : "your.worker",
                "pass" : "yourpass"
        }
],

"api-listen" : true,
"icarus-timing" : "2.5"

}

Hello everyone Smiley

I've done my first 24 hours of mining and I've good and bad news.

Good news: everything is rock solid, my Raspberry Pi is working without any hiccup, I've just to unplug temporarily one of the two Dlink USB hubs to let it boot.

Bad news: NEVER stack the PSUs!!! Tonight the topmost of them (after about 4 hours of full load work) has been literally blown away by the heat, with the plastic enclosure partially melted!
Fortunately none of the FPGAs has been damaged, I had just to keep up with only 8 Lancelots instead of 10.

Later today I'll open the enclosure and I'll post some pics, so also Blackarrow can see what happened inside the PSU...

The power supply has no fan, no good way to dissipate heat. Of course you should not stack them. You have a recipe for thermal meltdown.

On a side note: The stock fans on these are _terrible_ -- we've had 3 or 4 start to fail with bad bearings already... and I'm sure others will follow shortly Sad

I'm not sure, it worked now.

Is this the 120 Watt PSU without cooling? We wrote several times here to keep them apart as they heat up and melt the plastic.
For serious miners we recommend the 750Watt PSU that we have on our website.
