Once pool finds a block and the block gets confirmed by network, balance starts showing up in miner details page.

Currently you are the only one miner on the pool and the coin network hash rate is very high, so finding a block will take a long time unless more miners join the pool and increase the pool hash rate thereby the probability of finding blocks.

As a pool operator, I should be trying to keep the miners in my pool itself
If you are new to crypto coin mining, I don't want to discourage you - you can check the list of pools on the first page and try some pools that are having high hash rate / more miners
