What do you meen with „Must be SegWit“? It is May Bitcoin adress that i hold / know my private key.

I guess this means you are still hibernating someway. How can you not know what segwit is while offering an escrow service?!

Segwit is like the most important bitcoin soft fork and it is implemented since July 2017...

Bitcoin Address that starts with "3" are not always segwit address as far as I know. I don't know much about segwit address but my memory still serves me right about some informations. Just like my Bitcoin address (in my profile) it starts with 3 but it's not a segwit address (or it is?).

Multi-sig addresses also start with 3. You can only tell if it is a Segwit or not if they have sent a transaction.
