I'm having issues getting the Panda Wallet to work on my Macbook pro. High Sierra 10.13.2

I followed along on the forums for another individual having the same issues and followed the steps that worked for him, but it didn't fix my problems.  I have brew installed and probably most of the libraries I need, but I must be missing something because it doesn't work.

If you advice moving to desktop, can you please guide me to a guide on how to install and setup this thing in the local pc (i have a server running 24/7)?

Depends on so many variables.. Personally I would always recommend using own wallet over exchanges, but maybe you have low amounts or something else. Keeping your money in exchange means that you place your trust on that exchange to keep your assets safe.

PND wallet is easy to install and use, so at least try it out!

Increasing the stake percentage from 2.5 to 10 will do wonders for this coin. It will give a handsome yearly return, while not increasing the inflation by that much. It will make this coin stand out and more attractive. And even the bigger projects like ethereum are going to shift to POS which just goes on to show that staking is here to stay and not many legit coins offer a 10% stake percentage.

I'm new to crypto and to PandaCoin but for some reason I had a good feeling about this coin so I bought some.
But..... I installed the Pandabank on my computer and the installation came with a virus and this makes me unhappy and a little worried.
Don't know what to think of this. The virus was Heur.AdvML.B.

Heuristic detections try to predict what a software might do according to it's code.

Some Anti Virus will report coin software because there is malware that mines coins in the background hidden from the user. Pandabank doesn't do that. It however uses Proof of Stake to generate blocks and send the rewards to your wallet. That might rise an alarm in your Anti Virus.

Pandabank is open source and anyone can look inside the source to see that there's no malware or unwanted behaviour.

I have used classic mode without problems. Staking should be faster, check that you are synced/connected and it should happen quite soon.

Got a small amount of pandas from early 2014. Fortunately kept my wallet for that time. Will be really happy if it move forward. With its features as easy-to-buy oppotrunity (even with PP), interests and cool interface the only thing I think it needs is some more stable marketing campaign. I see now the developers are new - You can start thinking about to partnership with some official Panda organizations, making visible enough donations for them and announcing that around, so I think with some government`s ECO partnership the value of PND will rise significant.

I need to know more to help you, what OS are you using, what version of PandaBank...  Does it still have trouble after a reboot?  Do you have a backup of your wallet.dat? (not saying yourS is bad just it is a gooD idea to have a backup, especially if you have any kind of trouble)

Everyone, be sure to backup your PandaBank, wallet and keep a copy safe and off of your pc hard drive even!
