I think HitBTC is good exchange but Bitquence not interesting with investor on market, maybe the roadmap or potential of this coin not clearly. About 153,684,449 coin maybe still have holder in their MEW wallet or other wallet can keep token ERC20 and they not want trading in current + amount for devs and Bitquence Teams.
