They have problems with ERC20 tokens, As of now, all ERC20 transaction are process manually on both deposit/withdrawal. it means no new user can register to boost the volume on nova exchange. this affects the prices of most altcoins since no new traders can register.

speaking about the price we have to consider that deeponion / usd is very small actually, we are only at the beginning. price is tied more directly to btc, which i think is the most used for cross between the two so the fall in quotation of DO is mainly due to the sell bitcoin side. the whole thing has very little to do with the china ban on ico, it is more a correction after the ath of august 2017 and it will be not the last time that things like this happens, but is only my opinon ;-)
