I didnt understand , but if you say that this is normal , then OK 

The weight is a multiple of the amount of coins and the time it has been staked.  If you multiply a number it gets bigger so the weight is going to be bigger than the supply unless the supply is 1 or 0.

I've combined my coins in blocks 250coins each in order to stake. After I've successfully mined these blocks divided in to smaller blocks like 132, 50... Is it ok? This is the way how it works? Or there is something to change in settings?

This is not only possible but expected.  The weight is not just the number of coins but a function of the number of coins over time up to a maximum of 30 days.  So the weight number is always going to be higher than the supply as the supply is just one variable in calculating the weight.

The weight is not the number of coins. It's the number of staked coins multiplied by other things.

Also about staking, the output of getstakinginfo is not that helpful, the number of seconds before staking made me think it would still take 2 or 3 days but I staked (for the first time) soon after that. So now it's saying 14 millions seconds but I don't believe it.

Though I heard someone compained about novaexchange that the register function is not working.
