I don't qualify for the airdrops (registered a few days ago...) but I tried to install the deeponion wallet on my Debian laptop.
Looks like the Linux version is useless. I ended installing it on Windows. Still doesn't work. Looks like it doesn't connect to tor.

I suppose you still have some work to do on client softwares.

This is caused by my current living situation. I have been traveling Australia by car for the past 2 weeks. There's been days where I haven't even been able to access internet.

But this is a temporary situation. Yes I haven't been as active as I was weeks ago, but there are valid real life reasons. I'll get settled again within a week.

PS if you look at my previous weeks posting patterns, there have weeks with 20+ posts. As far as I can see, I think I have followed the rules,  but due to real life complications I have only been able to do the minimum for the last two weeks.

Just read second post in this thread, it will show you what do do and what files to replace to make your wallet to sync. Let us know if that helped.

I've got to admit that since I don't qualify for airdrops, I didn't spend much time looking for solutions.

However, binaries for linux can't be run on debian sid. It requires specific versions of libboost and libssl which are not available on debian sid. I suppose other linux distributions may have similar issues.
I could have built it myself but not much time for this.
