Agreed after the fork we should expect an alt bull market, which means ONION will rise through the ashes of the many dumpers that have forsaken themselves.

All of the altcoins should rise after the fork. Those who bought bitcoin late are going to get hit hard. I dont have bitcoins and I am only hodling altcoins now. I just want it to finish fast. Isnt the fork on October 25?

Also is the airdrop rule change after 15th airdrop or after 16th airdrop???

That is true. People are stocking up BTC to get their share of BTCGold. After that, they will convert it back to different cryptos. The advantage, that some people would have perceived, is that in this frenzy for free BTCGold coins, the price of other cryptos will fall (like with DO). So they will get back more of their original crypto when they buy them back after 25-Oct. And as the market swings, the prices of other cryptos will rise to balance the demand and BTC will stabilize at a lower price. That ends up as a Win-Win!

Yeah I believe this to the case. It's kind of ridiculous since BTCGold probably won't be worth much anyway. I sure hope altcoins bounce back after the fork is over because my portfolio has been a bloodbathe lately.

1. Improved privacy. Why would you unnecessarily tell everyone about your investment?
2. It is easier to have the coins seperated when you later want to sell some.

Most people will not bother to move their bitcoin from cold storage to redeem bgold if its only worth $50. It is not worth the risk. I suspect that the actual supply of bgold will be extremly low. It might pump the first weeks because of the low available supply, but it will not be worth anything long term.

And i'll have to contact admin to support me on official forum to change exchange wallet address to local wallet address.

And when I just think that I didn't want to apply for airdrop for three weeks, because I created DO forum account with Nova wallet address...
I was waiting more than 3 weeks for a wallet address change.

Hey, I also bought some onions extra to my airdrop ones, and I exactly do not transer them to my airdrop adress for these two reasons.

But yeah staking is definitly worth it, it brings 10% per year just for having your PC turned on.

I have my separate Onions. There's no way I'm going to mix them with my air dropped Onions and risk making a mistake. Kind of weird to have someone looking up my balance. The only bad thing is that I have them at Nova, and it's not always wise to have your coins on an exchange. But if I were to take them out, I would create a new wallet and transfer them there. It's only a few hundred anyways.

Do we actually know (=have a proof of) that the most of money that are flowing into Bitcoin right now come from altcoins? I have heard several people speculating that the substantial part of the current BTC volume is funded by margin lending. And if that were the case, money would not flow back to the altcoins after the hardfork is over. Instead, that money would have to be pay back to the original lenders (with substantial interest).
