Simple mistake. Don't be too hard on yourself - I think I should make a tool that checks daily if you qualify and sends you reminders if you're falling short.

No. Unfortunatelly you have to be at least at Jr Member level, registered before October 1, 2017
But you can join Sundays airdrop. You need to register on Deeponion.org and be active there, collect DeepPoints and every Sunday they will be converted to Onions

Maybe the rules will change so you can take part in the main airdrop, too. Otherwise you can still get some Onions via deeppoints!

As expected every after the airdrop dumping will begin.  You are right, the best time to buy onion is now or every after the airdrop lol.  But personally we might never see these price levels for so long.  In the coming months the price will surely go up

ALERT!! Coinbase is freezing customer withdrawals of crypto while still allowing customer deposits of crypto and fiat.

I opened a thread elsewhere on bitcointalk because I could not withdraw BTC I had JUST BOUGHT on coinbase!
Other people are replying to that thread stating that they too are encountering the same issue:
