Price is doing really well, picking up a good amount of buyers! I bought some a few weeks back, I just wish I had more money to buy additional coins right now. I love the changes to the airdrop that really incentivize buying deeponions and participating in the community forums.

i can see why people become discouraged at bitcointalk and go on to get probably doubly discouraged in their new homes like Telegraph and to a lesser extent, Slack.

why not pay Onions in these posts right here instead of shifting frustrated people to twitter? i need some help with the .conf file and will send 50 onions for a working solution. any takers?

1) Download .conf file at: https://deeponion.org/DeepOnion.conf

2) Paste .conf file on %appdata% DeepOnion folder.

To do this click on windows button, search for "%appdata%" Click on DeepOnion folder and replace DeepOnion.conf file.

3) Restart wallet and it should now work with no issues.

I don't need the $Onions though, just keep them.

Yes they are! They did their best in order to run this community smooth. So you better promote everywhere about DeepOnion. Here in this forum or in DeepOnion forum you can suggest what ever you want to for the better of DO. They will listen to you. If you have a good idea about DeepOnion you can tell them by posting a thread or direct pm the dev's. So good luck bro.

Have you downloaded the deeponion.conf file from here and added it to your data directory? If not, try that and see if it fixes your issue

does anyone else want them? here's the issue, the tutorial is win8 while i have win7. so, maybe this is important although this article says they're the same.

if it's a free upgrade, i'll do it. but it's probably not free and like most people here, cash flow is restricted.

progress update: had the wallet open earlier today but it's not anywhere i can see now. my path looks like this when i search on "%appdata%"
C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\DeepOnion
i could easily drop the .conf file (saved as not text) if i understood this sad file explorer better.
also, there's just a folder called onlon with two files in it, hostname and private_key.

i'm sure the helpful poster boys and girls (hero members probably) will start with the lavish jpegs now that wednesday is here. kind of a celebration like the end of a bull fight, really fair but of course.

Did you do things like obsessively try to earn points in a force way. Or say kept sending people messages for follow back? I know people have been getting banned for similar things.
