Been invested in ONION since $0.47 USD based on the strong fundamentals of the coin but have never been involved in or seen the community.
Having viewed this thread I have to say that I am happy there is such participation,
but honestly, a lot of the content of this thread ranges from substandard to terrible.
Community participation is great, but it seems as if a lot of posts are purely for the purpose of upping a persons post count or just adding to the thread (shilling) without adding any quality discussion or anything of value really.
I believe in this coin based on the technology, but I think that this kind of communication does more harm than good for the common uptake and usage of the coin.
It makes the community seem more juvenile and devalues the seriously impressive technological aspects of the coin in my opinion.
I'm open to hearing other points of view on this.
Now in the official DO forum, all the comments and content are being taken more seriously and any user doing spam can be banned! this is good for the whole community to know that quality is better than quantity! even in the DeepDomination tasks, we avoid having users spamming, they just won't receive any reward! |

I'm happy to see DO is still doing well with everything in the red right now. I just refreshed CMC and saw it was only down 4.5% now. It's really nice to see DO so stable. It looks like it has really found some good support over the dollar mark. Now if we can just get over that 2 dollar hump and stay there!

I'm connected to the internet, but wallet is out of sync. Any idea how I can get it synchronized? It says I'm connected over TOR network, but don't see anything happening :/

There are many many things planned. Such as DeepSend - anonymization of the transaction. Launch of mobile wallets for Android and iOS. Vote Central which allows Onion holders to vote for the next things should be done with the coin. Implementation of smart contracts which should move the coin closer to the skies. And many more. Wow DeepOnion price is holding up ridiculously well with all the altcoin turmoil today. It just goes to the show the community so strong they can withstand just about anything! I wish I had invested more when the price was down to 8k sats not that long ago.
