Hi all, im mining on the official deeponion pool with few baikal ,maybe someone can explane me why the hashrate in one week goes from 500ghs to 4000ghs?? I suppose people are renting hash power on nicehash but why just dont buy onions?

There are probably many miners like you and when they see price climbing they all start to mine coin.

That is probably why hashrate has gone up soo much.

My advice to you is just keep mining and store your onions, you will thank me later

Someone knows how DeepPoints are converted into DeepOnions ?? I mean the mathematical formula used for the conversion ?

The formula is very simple. For example, if you collects 0.10 DeepPoints in the whole week and the total DeepPoints of the community is 20 DeepPoints (it´s just a random number that I´m using to show you this example) the count is this:

(0.10 / 20) * 25.000 = 125 Onions

25.000 is the total of Onions to be distributed every sunday in the DeepPoint airdrop. In this case, with those numbers you should receive 125 Onions. That´s how it works.

You're welcome. About the normal airdrop, it's based in the Onions that you are holding. If you have more than 10.000 Onions, you have a better factor than the rest. The total of coins to be distributed every friday is 225.000 Onions.

About the quantity that you can expect to receive, it depends of the quantity of people that joined the airdrop. Just for your reference the last week we received between 5%/6% of the coins that we're holding.

Thanks, but i was thinking about limited x13 miners supply, but here there are a huge amount mining, maybe they use gpu.. someone can help me to partecipate to the airdrop, im active in mining and buying DO i have more thank 4k onions but some bastard stolen my bitcointalk account created in 2013 ,and now im trying to become again junior member but without success,  im stopped to 28 lev. By the moment you can store your Onions in a pendrive or hard disk. You need to copy your wallet.dat and save it in a safe place. Make sure to save your private key too.

How much did you make by joining this airdrop?

Personally I've made around 6000 ONION's, but I was in early before the last set of rule changes. Now the more you invest in DO the more reward you get. You will see around 6-7% reward per week on coins held, plus you will get a decent haul of coins if you are very active in the community. Come join, there is no reason not to!

We hope that if anything will grow exponentially, it will be the future price of DO But currently, we are fine with the steady growth which is more healthy at this still early phase of this wonderful project
