Have been following this thread and the deeponion forum as well.
But I didn't feel like signing up and post there because of all the worthless threads and posts on there.
Good value posts were getting more slim, so why waiste my time?
Maybe for the airdrops, yes. But I am interested in this for the long time,
not for some quick money.
Hopefuly this change will lead to a better community.

it is good to see that the moderators and Deeper listened to the community once again and noticed all the spammers and low quality posts on the forum. it shocked me that there are Facebook pages where you can share likes and followers in order to gain deep points and even on our own forum!!! I do hope that the mods will create some new rules regarding new accounts joining the deep tasks though because having spam and low quality posts on our forum is 1 thing, but outside our forum on the www will be very very very bad for our reputation
I completely agree with you. The past couple of days have been really crazy, because of all the new people that joined the community and the crazy amount of spam and useless threads everywhere. I was thinking:"Is this the end of DeepOnion?". Now thanks to the dev team and this great DeepPoints update, I'm sure that this will bring spam to a minimal level and increase the number of quality posts around the forum. Keep up! |

I'm a big fan of the changed deeppoint rules. Lately there has been soo much spam on the forum. Endless threads of silly questions that could easily have been avoided by reading the rules. Also, i think the deeppoint rewards will be spread out more fair between the users  Hi Rubberduck59, do you have the link for that change of deeppoint rules. I am very interested to it to avoid being banned. That is the greatest nightmare hahaha! |

Deep Points are the new drug in town and everyone wants their fix, so they'll post anything to get their hands on some. |

That was a pretty good a swift move on the moderators' part to make sure the community will stay pure from spammers. I admit that I was worried a bit this week when an influx of people came and it was pretty obvious that they wouldn't stop at anything to get their deep points. It's okay, though, that's why we have mods, to make the people who are rotten stay away.
