I agree. I think 5$ is the breaking point. The price is increasing in BTC but unfortunately, BTC's price is dropping which makes reaching 5$ a bit tricky. If BTC would rally again, then I am confident will reach that amount before New Year's Eve.

Is there any commission in process of  buying tokens?

You get round about 5-6% for holding and being part of the airdrop, your wallet requires a minimum balance of 100 onions, be active on Bitcointalk forum with 5 post 30 character minimum and be registered and active on the official forum with minimum of 3 post 50 character. You also need to be a jnr member atleast with registration before 1 November 2017 to be eligible for the main airdrop on Fridays. If you cant meet the minimum of 100 onions you can earn onions on the official forum in the form of bounties, contests, article writing or earn deeppoint which is converted to onion on Sundays by participating in the domination tasks.

Just some small correction: On the last airdrop (December 15th) the amount of DeepOnions you got was around 4.9% but yea it varied from week to week and I think there is a higher amount of DeepOnion distribution soon (300k weekly instead of 250k)

Well in my case it was 5.06 % but thats probably because my balance is over 10k which earn slightly more if you hold between 10-30k Onion.

This is logical because if you have more than 10K in your wallet, you get a factor of 1.2 for all Onions above 10K.
But given the current dropping rules, it's not given to everyone to get more than 10K Onions on their wallet unless they have a lot of money. And the more the week passes and the less we have in percentage.....

Yes it may be decreasing percentage each week but also do look at the price action which has been increasing for the past 4-5 weeks now. If you take that into account I think the amount of USD value gained in a week remained the same or even gained slightly. Overall I don't know about you but if I get more USD value every week with a growing asset I am happy with that. I will accept 2% right now if the price 3xed overnight because simply mathematics tell me that my onions are now worth more. Think long term people it will be better for us

In my opinion the DeepOnions price is still very low and optimal to buy some or soon will be too late, it's a Coin to a potential 100$ or more, has featured that 99% of others haven't and will be very appetible in future, i'am enthusiast of this project and by begin i'am not sold even 1 Onion, let me dream
