Scam Accusation - Oldsport

I wanted to buy some YAC, and Oldsport gave me an offer of 5.5BTC per k YAC. He told me he is a trustworthy one by giving me a web of trust link for reference (http://bitcoin-otc.com/viewratingdetail.php?nick=oldsport).

I was too careless that I trusted him and send him 15.599+ BTC for buying 28363 YAC, with the following transaction:

Until now, I haven't receive any payment.

No, you are not trusted by theymos so like me your "trust" is irrelevant.  Kind of ironic that the trust system doesn't actually do anything unless you are one of the elite board warriors.  Tomato's tag made oldsport disappear.  My pleading with theymos for more than a month amounted to nothing.

I'm on DefaultTrust, and anyone who has the default trust depth of 2 will see my rep as trusted, lol. It isn't irrelevant

Yeah, unless it's a very big scam. Trust is supposed to take over now.
