And now, It's weekend. no work again!

Avalon team, are you sure the workers you hired are Chinese?

Each day delayed on a miner means 1.2BTC loss to your customers. I would like to pay 1.2BTC extra for the damn worker to get their lazy asses back to the production line just to get my miner earlier.
Or can't you hire some more workers? I'm Chinese, I know they ain't fucking expensive to hire.

I know these whining ain't gonna do shit, Bitsyncom doesn't give a fuck.

They shipped like 10 units today? Still not mass producing:(

The maximum 12 hour rate on 2013-07-30 is equivalent to about 87 Avalons with 3 modules running at the same time at 65 GH/s.

I don't know how to interpret this 3 day run for the total number of units that were tested, but I think it does suggest that a lot of units are near shipping.

I try to be respectful and informed.

two 4-mod w/o PSU on their way.
both machines have the same DHL tracking number (which doesnt at all look like a DHL tracking number).
anyone got a working tracking-link?

oh, and - what PSU to buy?

go to www.dhl.com and put that 10 character tracking /waybill number on "track your shipment" box and click "track"...

buy 1200+ PSU if it does not fit inside, leave out of case.

Wold be a cool move if this bucking fastards would share sth of their mined coins with those despreately waiting for the machines.

How much more can you say FU to your customers if you ship Chips separately and before the machines are shipped ...

Anyone's tracking info show any progress yet?  Mine just says "Shipment information received" in the beijing and surrounding area.

The last time they shipped to me, progress was immediate.  As of now, they could have just printed a label and it could be sitting in a warehouse somewhere.

Same thing last Friday with the B3 PSU units. By Monday tracking progress begins to show.

Mine's already in Hong Kong, DHL doesn't mess around.

Last month, my batch #2 traveled to Hong Kong in about 4 hours.  It took a day in customs there.  It then went to Cleveland in perhaps 15-20 hours, and stayed in customs there another day.  It then went to the nearest big city where it arrived July 4th.  I had lots of small town in the boonies and long holiday weekend entertainment that you will miss with your batch #3 units.

Ah, yea. You can just feel the Batch3 energy Grin
Remember, tilt back and forth to check for any loose objects.
Oh, and it's heavy.

Sounds like completely the wrong bunch of people, from the most sinister and murky world of finance to be getting involved with Bitcoin mining. Ex-Lehman is everything Bitcoin is meant to be removing itself from. Also, and no discredit to Yifu, as I don't know what he's current intentions are with current orders, I can only presume he his trying to fulfil them, but he is not the engineering talent that kind of money would be investing in, surely??

Make my day! Say thanks if you found me helpful Smiley BTC Address --->

The whole point of bitcoin is that anyone can do it, anyone can get involved, and no one can "cheat" the rules of the system (Unless they get 51%, which Na. Gan. Happen.)

He's got a working chip that can be cranked out en-mass today.  With $200 mil you can hire all the talent you need.

On the other hand, a $200 million dollar investment in bitcoin mining today is a bit insane. At $100/btc means you'll see at most $131,400,000 a year return for the entire network, and that's only until the next difficulty halving.  If Wallstreet types are investing that kind of money in mining BTC, that means that either the price of bitcoin is going to have to go up a lot, or else they're completely insane and will lose all their money.

Also, remember - just because someone is a billionaire doesn't make them smart. You need to know a lot about IC design in order to even evaluate someone's abilities. On the other hand, they can easily see that this guy has a chip, so he can clearly at least get a working chip.

I wonder if they are going to the get the "No BS rules as well".  Would be nice to see some high powered folks get the shaft from Mr. Gou.

Edit: and with no data... I am armchair quarterbacking that if any business relationships were being setup... it would be for about 1/10th the stated amount.
