Not only because I participate in the signature campaign but also because I am interested in all kinds of prediction tech, I installed the Cindicator app on my iPhone and what should I say, I like the app, very user friendly and intuitive - with one exception. I did some predictions/forecasts and I was 66% right but I got -25 points. How could it be? I think it would be more interesting for people if one only got points if one predicted or forcasted right and zero points if one predicted wrong. Otherwise it is very demotivating imho.

I'd like to know the intentions of CINDICATOR for building a continously growing and healthy community of forecasters as they are a vital part of this project.

Having a load of forecasters is nothing else than developing a prediction market, right? Aren't there a lot of projects already going for that? I mean, they might have a more general approach in terms of markets or topics to be covered, but basically Augur, for example, could do what this is trying to do, right?

Cindicator is not a prediction market. We are different in infrastructure, goals and business model:
We enhance collective intelligence of our forecasters with Artificial Intelligence. Prediction markets usually just gather opinions.

By the way - we pay forecasters for it's predictions. In the prediction market model, participants should pay for their predictions

Yes but you have to consider the idea of the wisdom of the crowd. You are right that prediction markets gather opinions. It turned out, however, that the average of all collective opinions can beat the analysis of a group of experts. That's why that concept exists.

Right, so we take the Collective Intelligence of people and enhance it by the Artificial Intelligence of machines - to get much better results 

The "enhance" part of your answer is the most interesting. Not saying it's not possible, but it remains to be seen in how far human intelligence can be leveraged  in order to have better overall outcomes for humanity. It is a really interesting aspect that remains to be researched as every new corridor you tap in might bring about new dangers. I am curious about the future and projects like yours might contribute to enlighten all of us (either negatively or positively ).
