 With regards to my sphere WOW, as I aforementioned I will like to create a safe environment for whistleblowers to anonymously report a fraudulent/ criminal activity. It will be great if we can tuck on the ethical side of an individual's mind, but ultimately a form of incentive will have to be created to convince/facilitate this actions.
 I anticipate that an anonymous medium will be utilized and a form of escrow in place to prevent intentional erroneous report.
 This application could be utilized for a white collar to street level crimes. And without a central authority in charge, it will be difficult for a governing body to place the blame on a singular person. Note the last statement is utilized as an example and does not denote the main focus of the group.
 I believe that thru community communication, we can reach consensus agreements that enable us to create this incentive, but ultimately that for a later discussion.
 A quick example will be an office employee or nurse detecting that a physician is committing insurance fraud. He or she will anonymously report this activity on our medium, the info will be sent to the insurance company or companies involved. Post investigating and if the finding is deemed true, the insurance companies will allocate a certain amount of token for the information. The companies will be happy to participate cos the amount allocated to the whistleblower will be significantly less than the total amount they tend to lose if the fraud continued. A decentralized space also means there is no border to the extent of the sphere.  Again this is just an example and denotes a single peripheral from what the sphere range will encompass.
 Probably won't make us overnight Billionaires but we can create/nurture a space that might make favorable impacts without worrying about retributions.

By the way, I told a friend about this and he rather create a sphere that you could whistle blow on a competitor/foe for gains. I.e A street worker could anonymously whistle blow to a competing establishment for a fee. He speculated that these type of organizations will be willing to pay for such knowledged. I rather use it for good.  But like my dad always say's someone's got to do it, so there goes a sphere for someone with nefarious leanings. We could play cops and robbers.

If apply now or 31 august, does this influence on amount of tokens i will receive? Is there some decrease factor?

Theoretically no, certainly who enrolls the last day maybe will have less time to be active (more activity more tokens) but it is my personal idea.

Is activity calculated also by post count on thread? Because it that is true this would violate the rules of the forum.

This might be a grandeur explanation but when you think of a country, you envision a group of people with certain ideas, that cohesively contribute on the decisions that influences their environment, but ultimately the strength of a nation is dependent on their financial state. My understanding is DAO is trying to break the borders (one nation) its basically a dissidents dream come true. Am probably overreaching and the probability is almost impossible but this is my take from reading their ann.

4 days time the Airdrop will end, this is one of the most widely distributed Airdrop I have seen in years, there is no one to shout he or she is left out, I believe a strong community will help this project succeed but we need to do a great work to attain huge success because of most short timers in the space
