I dint find about this any info in whitepaper. But you are right. Rating system would be nice. May be dev will make this?

As per last discussions they told us that date for ICO will be announced in the first week of the October, and it's about to end.

I though Americans can't participate in all ICO's, not just security ones. as far as I understand it, it is paypal for crypto and the token is utilitarian.

I think UTRUST will have separate accounts with each merchants. This is necessary to separate the performance of each Sellers.
