"When is the token released? - Our whitepaper stated that the token can be released up to 3 weeks after the ICO (11 December 2017). It may happen any time before that as well."

I quote their whitepaper version 1.0.2 from 2017-11-02, currently being linked on their web site:
"In regard to the token issue timeline, the UTK are planned to be issued to all contributors no longer than 2 weeks after the ICO closes."

Falsifying deadlines for further delays is a great way to earn trust.

They have banned me too on their telegram. I don't know why, I just asked them when will the KYC process complete and the next moment, I was blocked by the admins of Utrust Telegram group. They should not treat their ICO investors like this. I have started to think they are professional scammers

It is straight out illegal to scan your ID or passport in Germany. There's just a few exceptions, like actual banks, and even they are not allowed to scan those documents, only to make a paper copy.

That is simply not true! You should check the current laws in Germany regarding this before you spread wrong information! If you are the owner of the ID/passport you are allowed to scan it as long as it is clear that it is a copy. You can do this with a watermark (copy) or just by copying in black and white.

Yeah. He is definitely an idiot. People always cry scam as as soon as they don't get their way. If you are in UTRUST's telegram and you repeatedly ask dumb questions  and ignore the answers that they give you - you will be banned and you deserve to be. They have info all over the place - in T&C, on their site, on your UTRUST dashboard, in their FAQ, in THREE different UTRUST Telegram channels, in pinned messages - yet people come on and ask the same dumb questions and ignore all the information in their faces. They have 14,000 investors - YES - I would ban him too and pay attention to the real people who need help. What an ass.

I missed that the law was changed in July this year, so yeah sorry for not following that. Question is if they will accept it that way, I'm gonna tell you when I get the mail.

They proved to be not reliable. They did not mention the KYC process well (especially not during the pre-ico). They changed the rules during the game (I already bought tokens and then they changed the rules). So why would I trust them with my id?! What guarantees do I have that they will treat it with care?! What guarantees do I have it will not be used to steal my identity?! Maybe not be utrust, but who can guarantee it will be safe and will not be stolen from utrust?! Utrust is really putting their reputation on the line here and they better skip this KYC process soon before the harm cannot be undone.
