hello everyone, is there any update of when we will be able to withdraw our tokens? I am being patient but seems like it is dragging on a bit now.

They made a statement, it is one page back. Here:


Without further ado, here is the release schedule:


26 December 2017 — All eligible contributors will have their KYC invites.

28 December 2017 — Verified accounts can withdraw their UTRUST tokens.

29 December 2017 — HitBTC and KuCoin should list UTK and start trading.

What about investor who couldn't verify their accounts? They can't withdraw their tokens? Will they be refunded?

If they cannot prove their identity, they are most probably scammers, tokens should not be refunded

Or they bougt in pre-ico, and decided that adding extra rules after they donated to make them known was very untrustworthy and don't want to be known to goverments as crypto inversters?

Not scammers ï try 1000 times but I can't because your system isn't busy you are scamer why don't back money

What is their support telegram group guys, i used to have it, but last couple of days, can't find it ? did they BAN me or something or they just take that group down ?

I didn't say anything that is FUD or anything like that, if they banned me like that, i'll have to contact their legal department to have a Re-Fund for my investment, that's better i guess that all this headache of KYC.

I joined the telegram group today with another username just to unban my official user (ansi09), but it seems that the admin there is soooooooooo DAMN ARROGANT, he keeps banning users according to his narrow point of view, it's like his own house not a group for an official project, 0 professionalism with that guy.

He banned my other user too just to satisfy his EGO.

Is there anyway to get a refund from these people, i'm stuck with the KYC thing, no support at all !!!

AGAIN: i dare that arrogant admin there if i did anything wrong, he BANNED me by mistake for sure but his arrogance won't let him say " sorry, it was a mistake ", instead he's acting like a lil baby.

Don't be that pessimistic.

People with no problem on kyc phase not writing here, they are mostly waiting it to be over with.

Only people with a problem on kyc writing here because they are frustrated and there are not that much.

I think 29/12 will be a great event for you to buy some UTK because I missed this project this year. I hope that when listed on Kucoin, I can buy some tokens from this project because I am sure this is the future payment market and the price can stabilize in the future.

Guys, do not forget. Do not sell for less than $0.2, to include the ETH and BTC valuation.
$0,2 for 1 UTK - it's money just at dev's on wallets (in ETH and BTC). Without internal project value at a current exchange rate.
