Did you make it to the end of the IDnow verification process and enter the five digit SMS code for the consent form? If not then IDnow will not have sent verification to Utrust.  Maybe you need to try verifying again? If Utrust never received a completed verification from IDnow then they will not update your status to "successfully completed".

I added to the MEW, waiting for my tokens. I'm thinking about keeping it for at least 6 months.

Its available in: English, Chinese, Italian, Korean and Russian. 
(I am surprised to not see Spanish, Portuguese, German, Cantonese, and Hindi translations yet, hopefully they are underway). 

In brief it is a payment platform with better functionality and lower fees than either PayPal or Bitpay.  Has huge potential to surpass both as a new payment standard.

I am optimistic that UTK will hit $1 next year April. That will be great since the price of ETH is x3 the ICO price...we hope to see a very good starting point.
