Idk why but people doesn't seem to use /ignore enough . When mods are not around u should always use /ignore command to evade spammers and such.

But mods are needed when people come to chat and try to scam and some users will fall for it instead of doing ignore. So when mods are there they mute scammers and everyone on chat can see it and use some common sense not to fall for theirs scams.

If I were you, I'd email support@primedice.com.  I once had some balance dissappear during a primedice issue and I emailed about it and they made it right (and then some).  I'm sure if you email the info to them that they'll straighten you out.

Also when you send them the email just sign a message with the address from which you would have deposited bitcoin to your account and if possible then also sign a message with the address to which you withdrew your funds. This may speed up the recovery process.

Its probably just your computer. The site is not laggy at all for me and I use it on my phone, laptop, and desktop and it all runs fine. If however you are referring to the bets taking a while, they have a delay so you can't spam bet or autobet really fast. I believe its at around 1 second

The javascript they use to run the bets display uses a lot of resources.  I usually click over to the "all bets" tab and watch my cpu go from like 80% down to 30-40%.  Now that I know about the api, I typically am using that for the same reasons.  Check your cpu usage when primedice is running.

Ha, indeed, I now see my typo.  I had meant to say that I click away from the "all bets" tab to highrollers or mybets.  Once cpu is maxing out, pretty much everything is gonna "lag" no matter what kind of connection you have to the nets.

That sounds about right if you have a slowish internet, or even regular. Sometimes when I am on mobile networks it takes about 3 seconds to place bet because it has to respond with if I won or not (hopefully I did win), but I think the actual bet delay is 1 second so that sounds about right to me.
